SMW Digital Naming Intelligence
RESEARCH STUDY 09

Queen Elizabeth II, Royal Digital Identities, Names, Numbers, Protection and Digital Identity Custody

This research continues directly from the work developed in Research Study 08. After letters, alphabets, numbers, sequences, patterns and ecosystems, the study moves into an even more sensitive category: digital identity built around historical and institutional names of exceptional recognition.

A domainer does not see only a domain.

A domainer sees the name, its variations, its history, the way it is written, remembered, searched, typed and protected.

01 — From pattern to name

Research Study 08 showed how letters, numbers, sequences and words can be observed not individually, but as parts of a system.

The same logic can be applied to personal names.

A historical name does not exist digitally in only one form. It may exist as a full name, title, abbreviation, Roman numeral, Arabic numeral, linguistic variation or combination with different domain extensions.

Name → Variations → Extensions → Protection → Digital Architecture

02 — Why Queen Elizabeth II

Queen Elizabeth II represents a particularly interesting case for Digital Naming Intelligence.

The name has global recognition, historical depth, a clear naming structure and several natural ways in which it can be written.

For this reason, the study does not begin with the price of a domain. It begins with the name.

First the name.
Then the domain.
Then the architecture.

03 — Elizabeth Alexandra Mary

The Queen’s full personal name was Elizabeth Alexandra Mary.

This immediately introduces an important distinction: a person’s complete personal name and the name by which that person enters history are not necessarily the same.

ElizabethAlexandraMary.com Full personal name identified during the research into the digital identity system.

04 — QueenElizabeth

The form QueenElizabeth is immediate, natural and internationally understandable.

This is where the first core begins.

QueenElizabeth.world

The international name associated with a global dimension.

QueenElizabeth.one

The international name associated with the concept of uniqueness.

05 — ReginaElisabetta

The system was also studied through the Italian form of the name.

ReginaElisabetta.world

Italian form associated with a global dimension.

ReginaElisabetta.one

Italian form associated with the concept of uniqueness.

QueenElizabeth ↔ ReginaElisabetta

06 — Queen Elizabeth II

The next step comes from the complete form by which the sovereign is universally known: Queen Elizabeth II.

In digital naming, this structure becomes:

QueenElizabethII.world

Complete name with Roman numeral associated with WORLD.

QueenElizabethII.one

Complete name with Roman numeral associated with ONE.

QueenElizabeth is not replaced by QueenElizabethII.

It is completed by it.

07 — Elizabeth II

There is also an even more essential form: Elizabeth II.

It is the short and historically recognisable form by which the sovereign is identified in many encyclopaedic, historical and documentary contexts.

From a digital naming perspective, ElizabethII removes the word Queen, reduces the length and still preserves the essential historical identity.

ElizabethII.world

Essential historical form associated with a global dimension.

ElizabethII.one

Essential historical form associated with the concept of uniqueness.

08 — II and 2

A domainer must consider not only the historically correct form, but also the real behaviour of Internet users.

The Roman numeral II is the historically correct form.

The number 2 is instead a natural typing variation.

Form Function
QueenElizabethII.world Complete form with Roman numeral.
QueenElizabethII.one Complete form with Roman numeral.
QueenElizabeth2.world Intuitive numerical variation.
QueenElizabeth2.one Intuitive numerical variation.
ElizabethII.world Essential form with Roman numeral.
ElizabethII.one Essential form with Roman numeral.
Elizabeth2.world Essential numerical form.
Elizabeth2.one Essential numerical form.

09 — The two lowercase L variation

During the research, a purely visual variation also emerged.

In many typefaces, two lowercase l letters can visually resemble the Roman numeral II.

QueenElizabethll.com Visual variation consisting of two lowercase L letters.
QueenElizabethll.one Visual variation associated with ONE.
QueenElizabethll.world Visual variation associated with WORLD.
These forms should be considered defensive variations within Digital Naming Intelligence. The two lowercase L letters must not be represented as if they were the Roman numeral II.

10 — A system, not a random collection

QueenElizabeth

QueenElizabethII

QueenElizabeth2

ElizabethII

Elizabeth2

The strategic significance of the structure does not come from the number of domains.

It comes from the relationship between the forms.

11 — Why .WORLD

WORLD is not used only as a technical domain extension.

The word itself communicates international reach, global dimension and worldwide recognition.

QueenElizabeth + WORLD = an identity known around the world associated with an extension that literally means world.

12 — Why .ONE

ONE introduces a different meaning.

One name. One person. One identity.

ONE → Uniqueness

WORLD and ONE therefore do not perform exactly the same semantic function.

WORLD = Global Dimension
ONE = Unique Identity

13 — ElizabethII.com: the secondary market

During Study 09, ElizabethII.com was also observed.

ElizabethII.com
$99,000
GoDaddy · Buy Now · Snapshot 29 August 2026
Lease to Own
$8,250
Monthly option observed on GoDaddy

The observation is particularly interesting because it demonstrates that the string ElizabethII already exists in the secondary market with a significant asking price.

14 — QueenElizabeth.world and the historical GoDaddy reference

QueenElizabeth.world
$999,996
Historical GoDaddy Marketplace Reference

This observation is preserved as a historical marketplace reference.

It is not used to claim that QueenElizabeth.world automatically has that economic value today.

Asking Price ≠ Independent Valuation ≠ Sale Price

15 — Elizabeth.one and Elizabeth.world

The research also extended to the pure word Elizabeth.

Elizabeth.one

Observed on GoDaddy as a Premium Domain / Verified Domain at approximately $8,488.

Elizabeth.world

Already registered. GoDaddy offered its Broker Service.

These benchmarks do not determine the value of the ElizabethII variations.

They do, however, show that the core name Elizabeth is already strongly represented in the domain market.

16 — Registration cost is not value

One of the most interesting aspects of domain investing is the distance that can exist between initial registration cost and the secondary market.

Registration Cost ≠ Strategic Value ≠ Marketplace Asking Price

A name may be available for only a few dollars while a very similar variation may already be listed for thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.

The domainer’s work is to understand the relationship before the market makes that relationship obvious.

17 — Diana Frances Spencer

The study then expands to another historic identity connected with the British Royal Family: Diana Frances Spencer.

From 1975 she became commonly known as Lady Diana Spencer.

LadyDianaSpencer.com

Highly specific and immediately recognisable form.

DianaFrancesSpencer.com

Full personal name.

The distinction is important.

Diana Spencer could theoretically identify other people.

Lady Diana Spencer, by contrast, carries a much more specific historical recognition.

18 — The Lady Diana system

LadyDianaSpencer.com Complete historical identity.
DianaFrancesSpencer.com Full personal name.
LadyDiana.one Short form associated with ONE.
LadyDiana.world Short form associated with WORLD.
LadyD.world Ultra-short variation.

19 — DianaSpencer.com and PrincessOfWales.com

DianaSpencer.com

Domain observed as already registered and offered through GoDaddy. Price available on request.

PrincessOfWales.com

Observed as a Premium Domain and Verified Domain on GoDaddy.

These observations help provide context for the scarcity of other relevant name forms still available.

20 — King Charles III

The current sovereign uses the form King Charles III.

His full personal name is Charles Philip Arthur George.

KingCharlesIII.world

Complete royal form associated with WORLD.

KingCharlesIII.one

Complete royal form associated with ONE.

CharlesIII.one

Essential form: name + Roman numeral.

Charles3.world / .one

Intuitive numerical variations.

21 — Charles Philip Arthur George

CharlesPhilipArthurGeorge.com Full personal name already registered / unavailable during the observed research.

This result introduces another useful comparison.

If the full personal name of the current King is already registered, the other complete personal names still identifiable become particularly interesting from a Digital Naming Intelligence perspective.

22 — Prince William

The full name of the Prince of Wales is William Arthur Philip Louis.

WilliamArthurPhilipLouis.com Full personal name.
WilliamPrinceOfWales.com Name + current title.

23 — King William

The research also identified preventive forms connected with a possible future royal identity.

KingWilliam.world

Short general form.

KingWilliam.one

Short general form.

KingWilliamV.world

Possible future form with Roman numeral.

KingWilliamV.one

Possible future form with Roman numeral.

King William V is considered here exclusively as a possible preventive variation. The future choice of regnal name belongs entirely to the future sovereign.

24 — William V and William 5

WilliamV.world Potential essential form with Roman numeral.
William5.world Numerical variation.
William5.one Numerical variation.
KingWilliam5.com Numerical .COM variation identified during the research.

25 — Catherine Elizabeth Middleton

The Princess of Wales was born Catherine Elizabeth Middleton.

CatherineElizabethMiddleton.com Full personal name identified during the study.

26 — Personal names and public names

Person Personal Name Public / Historical Form
Queen Elizabeth II Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Queen Elizabeth II / Elizabeth II
King Charles III Charles Philip Arthur George King Charles III / Charles III
Prince William William Arthur Philip Louis William, Prince of Wales
Catherine Catherine Elizabeth Middleton Catherine, Princess of Wales
Diana Diana Frances Spencer Lady Diana Spencer / Diana, Princess of Wales

27 — Digital Naming Intelligence looks for relationships

Personal Name

Public Name

Title

Roman Numeral

Numeric Variation

Domain Extension

The method does not consist of randomly registering every possible combination.

It consists of identifying the combinations that have a real relationship with the identity.

28 — Exact names and SEO

An Exact Match Domain does not automatically guarantee search engine rankings.

However, an exact digital name can offer meaningful advantages in terms of:

Recognition

Immediate recognition.

Memorability

Easier recall.

Semantic Clarity

Immediate understanding of the subject.

Search Relevance

Coherence between name, search and content.

It is an advantage in clarity. Not an SEO promise.

29 — Digital Identity Custody

From this research emerges a concept that can be defined as Digital Identity Custody.

Identify a digital identity, preserve it, document it and keep it separate from inappropriate or random uses.

Identify → Preserve → Document → Protect → Communicate

30 — Custody does not mean ownership of the person

Owning a domain does not mean owning the name, identity, title or rights of the person represented.

The Digital Identity Custody described in this study is an internal methodology developed by SUPERMARIO.WORKS.

It does not represent an official relationship, mandate or right over the person to whom the name refers.

31 — Preservation before commercialisation

The logic used here does not begin with the question:

How much can I sell it for?

It begins instead with:

Does this name deserve to be preserved?

In some cases, the most appropriate future outcome could even be a direct transfer to the family or authorised representatives.

32 — Diana and a possible family transfer

A future group dedicated to Diana should not be considered simply as a collection of individual domains.

LadyDianaSpencer.com
+
DianaFrancesSpencer.com
+
LadyDiana.one
+
LadyDiana.world
+
LadyD.world

A coherent group can be more meaningful than a single name.

In the future it could be preserved or transferred as one coordinated package.

33 — Queen Elizabeth as a complete architecture

QueenElizabeth.one
QueenElizabeth.world

QueenElizabethII.one
QueenElizabethII.world

QueenElizabeth2.one
QueenElizabeth2.world

ElizabethII.one
ElizabethII.world

Elizabeth2.one
Elizabeth2.world

The Queen Elizabeth core therefore becomes a clear example of Domain Architecture.

34 — The public page

The digital structure does not concern only the registered names.

It also concerns the way in which they are presented.

QueenElizabeth.world | Reserved Digital Identity Primary public page: a reserved digital identity, not offered for sale.

35 — Reserved Information

More sensitive information does not necessarily need to be published openly.

The planned structure introduces a controlled level of access.

Public Page

Reserved Information

Access Request

Verification

Protected Area

36 — The access request form

Access is not designed as a standard contact form.

It should identify who is requesting information and for what purpose.

Field Function
Full Name Identification of the requester.
Organisation / Institution Professional context.
Role / Position Function of the requester.
Professional Email Verifiable contact information.
Country Geographical context.
Purpose of Access Reason for the request.
Information Requested Precise subject of the access request.

37 — One reserved area

QueenElizabeth.one and QueenElizabeth.world should not create two separate archives.

QueenElizabeth.one + QueenElizabeth.world → One Reserved Archive

The documentation belongs to the same digital identity system.

38 — Original documentation

The reserved area may contain or make available, depending on the level of access, original research documentation.

Marketplace Screenshots

Historical snapshots of prices and availability.

Original PDFs

Documents saved directly during the research.

Registration History

Historical information relating to domains and acquisitions.

Research Notes

Evolution of the reasoning and Domain Architecture.

39 — Original PDFs do not necessarily need to be public

An original document may be kept outside direct online access and supplied only following a further request.

Access to information does not automatically mean access to every original document.

This introduces an additional level of control.

40 — Why this demonstrates the work of a domainer

A single domain may appear to be a coincidence.

An architecture composed of primary names, complete forms, essential forms, Roman numerals, numerical variations, complementary extensions and historical documentation shows a method.

100% Domainer does not mean owning many domains.

It means understanding why certain names should be observed together.

41 — Queen Elizabeth is the centre of Study 09

Charles, William, Catherine and Diana do not replace the Queen Elizabeth case.

They demonstrate that the methodology can be replicated.

Queen Elizabeth remains the central case around which this research was built.

42 — The central discovery

Name
→ Identity
→ Variations
→ Protection
→ Documentation
→ Custody
→ Possible Appropriate Transfer

Digital Naming Intelligence does not study only whether a domain is available.

It studies what that domain can become when it is placed inside a coherent architecture.

43 — Research Snapshot

Availability, prices, automated valuations, brokerage conditions and marketplace listings reported in this research are snapshots observed primarily on 29 and 30 August 2026. They may change over time. Third-party asking prices do not automatically represent the economic value of SUPERMARIO.WORKS digital assets.
First understand the name.

Then understand the variations.

Then understand the relationship.

Only then does the architecture become visible.
